Bill recently retired from the federal government, where he served for 22 years at the Department of Homeland Security, most recently as the Director of Enterprise Technology Governance. Bill managed the Agile transformation efforts at DHS, achieving a 100 percent level of agile adoption for major IT programs in 2017. He also led the ongoing SecDevOps adoption at DHS and created the first emerging technologies branch to introduce Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation to DHS.
